How to Use MAME Emulator
- Download the MAME binaries first.

- Obtain MAME ROMs.
- Put these ROMs in the "C:mame" folder under "ROMs."
- Click "Start" > "Run" and then type "CMD" to launch CMD.
- To access the root directory, type "cd."
